A complex proposal involving a Planning Application and Listed Building Consent for the renovation and improvement of this former Mill, the project set out to preserve the character of the site while improving the condition of a heritage asset.

Robert Young Associates worked with the owner of Froxfield House, a substantial listed farmhouse to obtain Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for its complete restoration after years of neglect. Our work included a detailed series of planning elevation drawings with a schedule of repairs.

Immanuel College is set in the grounds of Caldecote Tower, a grand grade ii listed Victorian structure and former private mansion now college class rooms and library. Our work over the years has seen us create a master plan to set out the medium and long term use of the site for maximum benefit, taking account of the historic setting and allowing the school to take advantage of the current and planned new facilities. Our long term, multi disciplinary approach has ensured the practice has secured many planning permissions for the College over the past 9 years ranging from an art classroom, dining hall extension, adventure play spaces for the preparatory school and medical room extension.
