Rural Planning

In this case our proposal was to combine the traditional agricultural and residential silhouette of neighbouring buildings, with a comfortable modern farmhouse plan. The proposed was able to benefit from far reaching views and a pond incorporated as part of a landscape plan.

Our work included a detailed series of planning elevation drawings with a schedule of repairs.

Planning was sought for an new residential barn adjacent to the curtilage of a listed building. The proposal sat within a generous plot with trees to provide screening.
